Frequently Asked Questions
How long does each counselling session last?
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long. Executive Coaching sessions can be varying lengths depending on the work being covered.
What types of counselling services do you offer?
We offer individual, couple and family counselling designed to address a wide range of challenges. Our counselling methodologies encompass Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, and EMDR.
Will therapy help me?
Think of it as having an experienced, understanding and, wise advisor available to you. Someone that will hear you, respect you, and offer insight and direction to you without judging you or expecting anything in return.
How much does counselling cost?
Counselling costs $150 to $185 per hour, depending on the counsellor being seen.
How do I know if counselling or therapy is right for me?
If what you’ve tried already hasn’t produced the breakthrough you’re looking for, counselling is right for you. Through the counselling process, we’ll identify the challenges you’re facing, and the steps needed to overcome those challenges.
Will my partner find out that I am receiving counselling?
